welfare reform

I think if the family court system did more to enforce the law and make the other parent more responsable for his or her child. instead of making them resort to the humiliation of going down to welfare..let alone the way you are treated in Family court looking for help to get child support. Any way when was the last time some one or any one legislated for more laws to enforce child support anyway??? not in a long time. ...more »

TAX ALCOHOL NOT CIGARETTES

HOW ABOUT TAXING ALCOHOL instead of cigarettes. Alcohol is sure more deadly then smoking to others. What about the poor unfortunate children that get in a car with parents that drink and drive, and the unlucky people that get hit by drunk drivers. Revise Holiday Policy for Saturday Holidays

I suggest that the State revise the current holiday policy. Christmas is on a Saturday this year, and the majority of employees would like the day before, (Friday, December 24) off. My suggestion is that when Christmas or New Years arrive on a Saturday, the new policy is for the day before to be a holiday. This would save the State utilities and coverage issues. government paying mileage for methodone users

i heard resently that if a person is on the methodone program they can claim mileage. i think someone said 75 dollars a month. then i heard that they all car pool and are still able to collect individually. if this is true. that is the first thing they should cut out.
